\fBdpasswd\fRはユーザのログインシェルのダイアルアップ用パスワードの
追加、削除及び更新を行なう。
ユーザがダイアルアップによりログインする際は常に、通常のパスワード
によるユーザ認証を行なった後にダイアルアップ用のパスワードの入力を促される。
入力が正しく行なわれた事を確認する為、
\fBdpasswd\fRは新しいパスワードを二度入力させる。
