* src/DbLoader.py: add new module.
	* src/ViewManager.py: Use DbLoader.
	* src/DisplayState.py (load): Do not perform post_load tasks.
	* src/GrampsDb/_GrampsBSDDB.py (GrampsBSDDB.load): close if
	version is incopmatible.
