Narrative web: Some improvements (#931)
* Narrative web: Some improvements

- Event type, Date and place in bold
- Family events shifted one column on the left
- ancestortree css file before narrative-screen to allow modification
- Adaptation for all themes

Fixes #11393

useful to have a list of the last modified objects.
you can select the period to show and how many records to see per object type.

It only needs to move the scripts at the end of the html body.
Use addEventListener instead of onload in the html body statement.

WEBCAL: Trying to have a better web calendar (#917)
* WEBCAL: Have config files for multiple databases.

before this patch, the default month for the year calendar
was the month found at the web calendar generation.
Now, even if you create this report 8 months ago, the current
index will point to the current month.

Narrative web: multiple problems. (#517)
* Narrative web: multiple problems.

1 - Added an option for the statistics page.
2 - We have problems with notes : pages are too large
3 - Difficult to see some page on a mobile phone when you have notes.
4 - Resizing of images on a mobile
5 - Maps are too bigs on a mobile
6 - Split the event line to have a narrower page
7 - The note is spanned on two columns (Place + Description)
7 - In media pages, the progress meter doesn't work well.
8 - Add a progress meter for the medialistpage

Mainz css file produces left aligned FamilyMap pages (#489)
* Mainz css file produces left aligned FamilyMap pages

Solving Mainz problem creates new ones with Basic-Blue
and Nebraska styles sheet.

Some cleanup with unused css file (GeoView.css)

Fixes #10268

* Many problems with css files and the ancestor tree

* media file not created if we have unused media.

3fd0762ae0 Move the HTML resources from gramps/plugins/webstuff to data and images
So that they're together with the other resources instead of in 
site-package/gramps. Aside from a better source and installation 
layout, this makes it easier to bundle them.
