c59ee70155 GeoVies : Restart the view automaticaly when the network get active. 
Allow the ping difference between OSes.
          Ping interval is 30 secondes.

e8a955c8ce GeoView : Two new options : 
Add or remove crosshair.
          In the statusbar, we can choose between old degrees and D.D8.
