Set PYTHON_CPPFLAGS accordingly. Do not set $PYTHON22 and
$P22_INCLUDES, they are not used anymore.
* src/Makefile.am (GVFSINC): Remove, unused.
(intl22.so, grampslib.so): Adjust to use $P22_INCLUDES.
