2a297623f2 Geography: KML media objects not shown on map. (#577) 
Geography doesn't conform to the relative paths
If a place has no coordinates, KML files are not displayed.

Build path was hardcoded in an import in:
gramps/gen/filters/rules/test/person_rules_test.py
