Gary Burton 4136785746 Remove the need to explicitly call _set_size(). This was due to the multisurname tab size request and reference occurring in _local_init causing the window height to be sized to accomodate the tab. Moving this code to _post_init allows the window to size correctly accordinging to the height settings stored in gramps.ini
