py 0fc01898d3 Load theme when navbar is closed 
Previously, ThemeToggle only rendered when the navbar was open. Since it handles the theme code, the saved theme wouldn't load automatically on smaller screens.

When privacy.resistFingerprinting set to true on Firefox, the `prefers-color-scheme` can never work.

- Advanced instances wrap around and are comma-separated
- Body text is darker on dark theme and lighter on light theme
- Added icons next to cryptocurrencies in `/donate`
- Reduced bottom margin on headers so they are closer to body text
- Made the theme toggle look like a button
