74b5b5f535 Make FTB instances behave better 
* Do not re-create on every reload
* Use the version.json/custom.json logic properly
* Should be offline-friendly
* FTB instances can be copied, turn into normal instances

dd9e04000c Improve group changing, update instance on version change 
Gives a list of existing groups to choose from.
Instances are updated as long as there is at least one valid account.

f0990fae4b Many improvements 
PermGen can be tweaked from the settings menu
Groups are saved on change/exit
Install target is no longer completely broken
All the deplibs are now static
Added notes dialog
Fixed ini file format support (can save strings with newlines, tabs. UTF-8 is explicitly used!)
Rename button now uses line breaks so it doesn't grow ever wider (Added a custom tool button subclass)
There is now a CAT button. Meow.
