iproute: fix a bug where "ip r flush table main" was rejected,
...
add "ip r flush cache" (however I'm unsure it is really valid syntax)
Add a few comments and stop mixing params and params' keywords.

Replace index_in_[sub]str_array with index_in_[sub]strings,
...
which scans thru "abc\0def\0123\0\0" type strings. Saves 250 bytes.
