which sets same handler for many signals. sig_catch is nuked
(bb_signals_recursive is more descriptive name).

console-tools/resize.c is apparently leftover from a reverted patch.
...
Since it is a 0 length file, it gets nuked by 'make distclean' so
I suppose might as well kill it off properly.
