I found that gcc in cvs (HEAD in 2005/02/11) reject the gzip source

This is caused by changing gcc's error handling behavior(

Fixed stdin/stdout paths so things like
...
tar cvf - /etc/* | gzip -c9 >test.tgz
will now work. Fix thanks to Dave Cinege <dcinege@psychosis.com>
with some adjustments by me to be mroe GNU-like.

Lots of updates. Finished implementing BB_FEATURE_TRIVIAL_HELP
...
which lets you compile out most of the "--help" output, saving
up to 17k.
Renamed mnc to nc.

Patch to make killall actually kill all PIDs with the specified name,
...
rather then busylooping trying to kill the first one until it dies.
Should be more efficient now, and will only send one signal to each
specified process.
