1af00eda92 cpio: fix a bug where we do not extract zero-sized hardlinks 
(spotted at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=466771).
Add testsuite entry for that, and another one for another bug:
we do not list hardlinks in cpio -t (not fixed).

7e0fbf9c26 tar: conditionally don't wait for vforked child to exec, as it always 
works right on Linux, and anyway mayresult only on less-than-clear error
message only, it will not cause tar to misbehave.

53091ecd20 Attempt to get more applets compile for NOMMU. 
TODO_config_nommu documents what I managed to compile so far
(yay! msh works! cool). inetd, telnetd, httpd still do not compile. TODO
Also make fork(), daemon() produce warnings on compile stage
(in addition to erros on link stage).

3376298b59 Stop tracking buffer size - it is a constant. 
Stop ignoring write errors.
Fix bugs in this line:
rc->buffer_size = read(rc->fd, RC_BUFFER, rc->buffer_size);
(a) should use safe_read()
(b) just ONE short read (e.g. 4 bytes) will make ALL future reads short!
