Big cleanup in config help and description
...
Redundant help texts (one which only repeats the description)
are deleted.
Descriptions and help texts are trimmed.
Some config options are moved, even across menus.
No config option _names_ are changed.

dmesg: add -r option to print raw format even when FEATURE_DMESG_PRETTY is enabled

Similar to the "big" util-linux version. For !DMESG_PRETTY, the option is accepted
(but ignored) as well, for compatibility reasons.

dmesg: handle multi-char log levels
...
Since Linux 3.5 (7ff9554bb5: printk: convert byte-buffer to variable-length
record buffer), klog buffer can now contain log lines with multi-char
loglevel indicators (<[0-9]+>) - So we can no longer just skip 3 bytes.
Instead skip past the terminating '>' like util-linux does.

It is impossible to formulate sane ABI based on

Basically it means that you cannot portably use

Fix three embarassing thinkos in the new dmesg.c:
...
1) the c argument shouldn't have had a : after that, dunno how that got there.
2) the xgetlarg for level was using size
3) because xgetlarg's error message _SUCKS_ (it does a show_usage() rather than giving any specific info about the range that was violated) I dropped the range down to 2 bytes. (Which works fine, I dunno why we were nit-picking about that...)

It turns out that DODMALLOC was broken when I reorganized busybox.h

Fix header file usage -- there were many unnecessary header files included in

busybox.h which slowed compiles. I left only what was needed and then fixed up
all the apps to include their own header files. I also fixed naming for pwd.h
and grp.h functions. Tested to compile and run with libc5, glibc, and uClibc.
