3fd15e197e grep: option to use GNU regex matching instead of POSIX one. 
This fixes problems with NULs in files being scanned, but
 costs +800 bytes. The same can be done to sed (TODO).

2f0c0d0b88 Introduce FEATURE_EXEC_PREFER_APPLETS = "re-execute our own 
executable if we asked to exec someting with argv[0] == known_applet"
Use it in init. Also respect PATH in init, remove explicit "/sbin" etc
from exec. Patch by Gabriel L. Somlo <somlo@cmu.edu>

049d6b8c08 Add CONFIG_FEATURE_SYSLOG which controls whether 
bb_xx_msg will ever try to send output to syslog.
Add "select CONFIG_FEATURE_SYSLOG" to relevant applets.
This allows to omit syslog code if we do not have
any syslog-capable applets in the build.

c7ddefc062 Attempt at fixing bug 815 by upgrading bb_spawn() so that builtins are at 
the start of the path.  (This should be under the same config option as
the standalone shell, but right now that's buried in the shell menu.)

Also add the ability to specify CONFIG_BUSYBOX_EXEC_PATH with /proc/self/exe
as an overrideable default.

01d23ade57 - add central knob to turn off getopt_long everywhere. EXPERIMENTAL! 
Adds "Enable getopt long" under "General options", default y.
  Send patches to fix getopt_ulflags and run_parts.c if you turn this off..

1ab4c3dc25 Help text update and tweak to defconfig to remove two more things that 
the "maximum sane configuration" shouldn't have.  (Explicit MTAB support in
mount, which you should only need if you have no /proc, and FEATURE_CLEAN_UP,
which exists to humor valgrind and otherwise just bloats the code).

f8fd4db92f Move SUSv2 obsolete feature disabling to debug menu, invert meaning of 
symbol (switched on to remove now: test your apps to make sure they _don't_
do this, because as some point we should just yank it), fixup head/tail/fold.

Also tweak "make allyesconfig" so anything starting with CONFIG_DEBUG gets
left switched off.  Possibly other things we want to put in the debug menu?

7a43bd07e6 Zap sysdeps directory, moving Config.in and defconfig to top of tree. 
(Busybox should not be system dependent enough to have different default
configurations for different platforms.  We're not a kernel.)
