7c40ddd950 NOFORK fixes 
"rm -i FILE" and "yes" can now be interrupted by ^C in hush.
This also now works:

$ usleep 19999999
^C
$ echo $?
130

0ef64bdb40 *: make GNU licensing statement forms more regular 
This change retains "or later" state! No licensing _changes_ here,
only form is adjusted (article, space between "GPL" and "v2" and so on).

it generates an "endless" list of numbers until the counter wraps and
