top: eliminate troublesome apostrophes in man document
Some versions of man have had trouble with the leading apostrophe employed with interactive commands/toggles. Instead, a '?' would be displayed in their place. With this patch all such conventions have now been removed. Signed-off-by: Jim Warner <james.warner@comcast.net>
