library <pids>: remove fields obsoleted with linux 2.6
It seems inappropriate to blindly include fields known to always be zero in our brand new library. Therefore, this patch removes support for three such enumerators. [ that stat 'it_real_value' (PIDS_ALARM) field could ] [ have been made obsolete before a linux 2.6 release ] Signed-off-by: Jim Warner <james.warner@comcast.net>
