top: enable other filtering, add documentation support
This commit provides the hard copy support for our new 'Other Filter' feature. The man document contains some potentially useful examples and it will be interesting to see what use this new tool is put to in the future. (everything is perfectly justified plus right margins) (are completely filled, but of course it must be luck) Signed-off-by: Jim Warner <james.warner@comcast.net>
