With the addition of more '__thread' attributes in the
previous commit, additional valgrind warnings might be
encountered if developing multi-threaded applications.
So, this patch expands the libproc.supp file which was
originally introduced with the patch referenced below.

With the 4 header files removed in the previous patch,
this commit just changes all those obsolete references
to that new consolidated 'misc.h' header file instead.

wish folks (craig) would use these in their .gitconfig

whitespace = trailing-space, space-before-tab, blank-at-eof

Updated the documents with the following general changes:
* Replaced Gitorious with GitLab
* Moved translate stuff out of README
* Changed plain text to markdown (looks better on website)
The entire tree's polluted with inappropriate trailing
whitespace. This commit rids our environment of all of
those useless keystrokes. Unfortunately, it sure ain't
a permanent solution and requires every contributor to
instruct their editor(s) to prevent or eliminate them.
Plus it's strongly recommended we all insert something
like what's shown below to our '.gitconfig' file so as
to provide at least some warnings when we try to apply
any patches (git am) that do contain the #@!%& things!

Gitorious merge requests are too easy to miss for long time, and it
is difficult to think contributors would discuss by using web
interface. Therefore ask contributors to announce request to pull
(merge) in mail list.

Change information submission address to be procps@freelists.org and
instruct people to send patches in 'git am' friendly format.
