7af88da373 sysctl: ignore errors from lines starting with -
The systemd sysctl ignores errors from preload files that start
with a hyphen. This change brings the procps sysctl into line with
their change.

79260cb5f7 misc: remove some newly introduced trailing whitespace
Maybe some folks still need a few .gitconfig tweaks to
catch the trailing whitespace errors a little earlier.

Or, at the least, after a local commit they should do:
$ git diff HEAD~1

[ and then check if git marks any with his red blobs ]

47100a8125 docs: fix manual page warnings
All warnings where about unnecessary quoting. The scriptlet
below will tell what was wrong.

for I in ./top/top.1 ./ps/ps.1 ./*.[0-9]; do
    echo "== $I warnings =="
    man --warnings=all $I > /dev/null
done

This should probably be turned to 'make check' script.
