Downloaded the updated translations of the binaries and the manpages
from translation project. Then fixed the typos that caused po4a to
fail, mainly errant spaces.

ps: add times & cputimes format specifiers: cumulative CPU time in seconds
...
These format specifiers are to time & cputime what etimes is to etime.
