Aw shucks, not all support for this defunct enumerator
was removed via the commits shown below (but, is now).
[ what remained were just variables named after that ]
[ deprecated/deleted enumerator, but still & all ... ]
[ plus, i have left the doc/libproc.3 file untouched ]
[ since it already appears badly out of date anyway! ]
