は個々のアカウントに対するログイン失敗回数とその限度を管理する。

ファイルは固定長レコードであり、各レコードはUID番号で指定される。

各レコードには、最後にログインに成功して以来何回ログインに失敗したか;

|
アカウントが使用不能となるまでのログイン失敗可能回数;
|
|
一番最近ログインに失敗したときの接続デバイス;
|
|
一番最近ログインに失敗した日付、
|
|
が記録されている。
