- Fix out-of-bounds index
- Automatically flush queued writes before function return

[thin_restore (rust)] Apply several fixes
...
- Fix reading queued blocks
- Fix unnecessary block shadowing when there's no remaining values
- Prevent superblock from overwritten
- Flush queued writes before updating superblock
