44cd938115 Revert "Use shared LICENSE file for all xbps code." 
This reverts commit be7d8cfaf1.

This commit missed some previous copyrights mentioned,
in general I think its better to have this per-file to
follow who wrote what and when.

NAME
     xbps-digest - XBPS utility to generate message digests

SYNOPSIS
     xbps-digest [OPTIONS] [FILE] [FILE+N]

DESCRIPTION
     The xbps-digest utility generates message digests for specified FILE or
     stdin if unset.

OPTIONS
     -m, --mode mode
         Sets the message digest mode. Supported: sha256.  If unset, defaults
         to sha256.

     -h, --help
         Show the help message.

     -V, --version
         Show the version information.

3ad6b7a523 bin/xbps-remove: ignore EBUSY errors 
EBUSY occurs if xbps tries to remove a directory with unlink(2) that is
a mount point, this happens with `/boot` as example.

f80df0fa22 xbps-{install,remove}: print guards in post-install/pre-remove messages. 
This avoids the need to manually add them to the {INSTALL,REMOVE}.msg
files in binary packages, and saves some bytes in the repository archive
and binary packages.

Idea by @dominikh.

1a024773af xbps-remove: use xbps_binpkg_{arch,pkgver} for -O (clean-cache).

4d1cdcac0c Fix concurrency issues in pkgdb: only allow 1 write transaction at the same time. 
This implementation relies on a POSIX named semaphore, which is also
required by xbps-rindex(8).
