ash: [EVAL] Revert SKIPEVAL into EXEXIT

    [EVAL] Revert SKIPEVAL into EXEXIT

    Now that eval handles EV_TESTED correctly, we can remove the
    SKIPEVAL hack and simply use EXEXIT for set -e.
