Bernhard Reutner-Fischer 86a7f18f21 *: Switch to POSIX utmpx API 
UTMP is SVID legacy, UTMPX is mandated by POSIX.

Glibc and uClibc have identical layout of UTMP and UTMPX, both of these
libc treat _PATH_UTMPX as _PATH_UTMP so from a user-perspective nothing
changes except the names of the API entrypoints.

Bernhard Reutner-Fischer 9078633fee buildsys: Add helper to list suid applets 
Add a helper script that lists all applets that
- do or may require SUID provileges (busybox.cfg.suid)
- do not require SUID provileges (busybox.cfg.nosuid)

Some setups prefer to build two busybox binaries, one that is suid which
contains all applets that do or may require suid privileges, and a
second one for all the rest (which drops suid). To ease splitting these
two binaries, generate a list of CONFIG_ items for the suid binary.

nfs-utils's mount.nfs uses TCP per default unless explicitly asked for
otherwise. This is also the expected behaviour for NFSv4, so ok there,

big find:
find: missing argument to `-exec'
we now say
find: -exec requires an argument
instead of the cryptic message we emitted previously.
Additional benefit is that it's now 23 bytes smaller.

Add TODO to add '-exec {} +' support

Bernhard Reutner-Fischer 7307e06122 - bail out if screen resolution does not match PPM dimensions. 
Previously a 640x480 PPM on an e.g. 720x400 console would just segfault when
  reading the lines. While this bug should perhaps be fixed to handle such cases
  properly we just exit gracefully until somebody is willing to take care of it
  properly.

Bernhard Reutner-Fischer 0d22d1755c - add flash_eraseall 
This is the result after converting mtd-utils' flash_eraseall to BB.
The functionality given by this patch almost the same except that this
one does not support long options.
I needed this tool a system which does not have a lot of flash for RFS
and merging this into BB as the only way out.
