c5949f62e5 Fix from Matt Kraai for the to the "busybox --install prints out on STDERR 
"File already exists" messages for all files (including the ones that DON'T
exist)" problem reported by "Bruno L. F. Cabral" <bruno@openline.com.br>.

e081eae7a4 Final (I think) version of xargs. Throw away all that tedious string 
scrubbing, and quit using system.  Instead, use fork() and exec(), which
yields and smaller, simpler, and cleaner design.

a1b35c4512 Apply a bandaid suggested by Jon McClintock <jonm@bluemug.com>, since deallocvt 
has code for handling no arguments, but the usage checking code aborted if
there are any other than two arguments.
