cd75a96f0f - sum -r TODO should not print the filename as oposed to -s 
Unfortunately, without rewriting sum, this bugfix adds 19 (!) bytes.

fd94efa41f fix numbering in switch(): we don't have "del" anymore, 
substring match on "delete" handles it ok. But we (I?)
forgot to renumber case labels...
