  SHA_CRYPT_MIN_ROUNDS and SHA_CRYPT_MAX_ROUNDS.
* libmisc/salt.c: Use SHA_CRYPT_MIN_ROUNDS and SHA_CRYPT_MAX_ROUNDS
  to add a random number of rounds if needed.
