Drop define of _SVID_SOURCE, not needed anymore

Browse Source 
For compatibility with GLIBC <2.19 we only need to define _BSD_SOURCE,
and for compatibility with GLIBC >=2.19 we must defined _DEFAULT_SOURCE.
