test: refactor test.rc + start.sh + stop.sh -> lib.sh
Refactor test.rc, start.sh, and stop.sh into lib.sh that each test sources and uses independently of each other. More simplfication and cleanup needed. Signed-off-by: Joachim Wiberg <troglobit@gmail.com>
