Jesse	a6e80e1133	Added new Makefile to the "man" directory. This will handle the logic ... for changes, substitutions, and clean-up of the man pages. For now install instructions are still in the "src" directory to avoid breaking install scripts.	2021-12-27 17:50:25 -04:00
